Есть мысль 💭 по воскресеньям рассказывать какой нибудь рецепт из собственного арсенала.

Сегодня поделюсь своей адаптацией советской запеканки из макарон с творогом.

Ингредиенты:
Гречневая соба
Творог
Яйца
Мёд
Соль

По количеству:
Примерно на 300гр творога, беру 2 порции собы и 1 яйцо категории 0.
Мёд и соль по вкусу.

Приготовление:
Собу варю.
И пока она варится, смешиваю все остальные ингредиенты и включаю духовку на 160.
После добавляю в эту смесь готовые макарошки.

Раскладываю в эти формочки и запекаю пока верхушка не станет красиво румяная)

Те что на фото, я немного передержала

Всё!

Эти мини-запеканочки вкусны и горячими и холодными 🥧
