С 25 ноября по 1 декабря 2024 года в Якутске пройдет ежегодный фестиваль «Вкус Якутии». На него, как ожидается, съедутся лучшие шеф-повара из разных регионов России.
По традиции, с фестиваля «Вкус Якутии» в республике начинаются предновогодние мероприятия. В этом году в рамках фестиваля состоятся кулинарные шоу, конкурсы шеф-поваров, соревнования, где выберут лучший гастрономический сет. За звание лучшего блюда поборются 10 столичных ресторанов.
Среди гостей фестиваля ожидаются московский шеф-повар, амбассадоры марийской кухни, кулинарный блогер и шеф-преподаватель из Красноярска, кулинарные гуру из Казани и другие представители гастрономической индустрии. Все участники фестиваля смогут принять участие в научной конференции, где состоится обсуждение особенностей питания жителей арктических регионов, а также стать судьями и экспертами в различных конкурсах.
