В течение почти сорока лет Анатолий Федоров проработал практически на одном месте. В 1975 году он пришел на работу в департамент финансов области рядовым специалистом, в 1991 году возглавил департамент финансов, а с 2001 года стал заместителем губернатора.
На должность руководителя ярославской КСП Анатолий Федоров был назначен 13 января 2015 года. С тех пор он продолжает неизменно возглавлять региональную контрольно-счетную палату.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
