Министерство обороны РФ сообщило о подготовке ответных мер на удары ВСУ по Курской области американскими ракетами ATACMS.

23 ноября две из пяти выпущенных ракет попали в позицию зенитного дивизиона С-400, повредив РЛС и ранив военнослужащих. 25 ноября ВСУ атаковали аэродром Курск-Восточный. Семь ракет были сбиты, одна достигла цели, легко ранив двух военнослужащих и незначительно повредив инфраструктуру.

Ведомство подтвердило использование американских ракет ATACMS и заявило о подготовке ответных действий.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
