В Анталье, в курортной зоне Белек, стартовали 1-й Национальный конгресс по ожогам, 1-й Евразийский конгресс по ожогам и 1-й Национальный конгресс по сестринскому делу в области ожогов, организованные Ассоциацией ожогов и травм в сотрудничестве с Турецким агентством по сотрудничеству и координации (TİKA).
На конгрессах собрались 330 ученых из 23 стран, включая США, Европу, Ближний Восток и Балканы. Участники обсудят актуальные темы, такие как методы лечения ожогов, последние достижения в этой области и обмен опытом. 35 зарубежных ученых представят свои доклады.
Профессор Эмрах Шенель, председатель Ассоциации ожогов и травм и организатор конгрессов, в своем вступительном слове отметил, что в Турции функционируют 74 центра для лечения ожогов, включая 29 специализированных центров и 45 отделений. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
