Отлично, конечно, что такие фестивали в моногородах проходят, потому что где же, как не в моногородах, такое устраивать. Только есть вот, с другой стороны, Гриша Шаров из Братска, который в этом году второй международный фестиваль практически в одного и без государственных денег (я надеюсь) сделал, и за него больше как-то радуешься, честно говоря.
