Ревизоры обнаружили на месте отсутствие оборудованных санузлов (!), «ненадлежащую» обработку постельного белья постояльцев, чрезмерное число проживающих в комнатах и плохую уборку помещений.
На фоне случаев гибели стариков из домов престарелых в других регионах упущение не выглядит пустяком.
