Городской совет Новосибирска утвердил в первом чтении бюджет на 2025 год и плановый период 2026–2027 годов. Доходы в следующем году составят почти 97,8 млрд рублей, расходы — 99,1 млрд рублей, что формирует дефицит в размере более 1,3 млрд рублей.

Городской совет Новосибирска утвердил в первом чтении бюджет на 2025 год и плановый период 2026–2027 годов. Доходы в следующем году составят почти 97,8 млрд рублей, расходы — 99,1 млрд рублей, что формирует дефицит в размере более 1,3 млрд рублей.
"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
