«Газпром нефть» в состоянии реализовывать новые проекты и в условиях высокой ключевой ставки ЦБ РФ. Однако она негативно влияет на работу подрядчиков, что вызывает серьезные опасения, поэтому компания ждет ее снижения. Об этом сообщил глава компании Александр Дюков.
«Никому из промышленников высокая ключевая ставка и, соответственно, высокие ставки по кредитам не помогают. Что касается нашей компании — у нас есть достаточный запас прочности. Мы реализуем долгосрочные, масштабные проекты. И останавливать инвестиции из-за высокой ключевой ставки было бы, конечно, неправильно», — сказал он журналистам.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
