Вырос показатель среднесуточного охвата — с 56,7% в январе 2024 года до 57% в декабре. ▫️У Google за период произошло незначительное сокращение месячного охвата (81,7% в январе против 81,5% в декабре), но увеличился среднесуточный показатель — с 52,3% до 53% соответственно. ▫️Видеохостинг YouTube покинул топ-3 самых посещаемых ресурсов, его сменил WhatsApp*(принадлежит Meta, деятельность которой признана экстремистской и запрещена в РФ). Месячный охват мессенджера вырос с 95,3 млн человек в январе до 96 млн в декабре 2024 года. Выросла и среднесуточная аудитория платформы — до 82,6 млн. ▫️ Четвертое место в рейтинге заняла «ВКонтакте».

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
