За законопроєкт №11484 в цілому проголосувало 228 депутатів. Він покликаний внести зміни до українського кримінального та кримінально-процесуального законодавства, щоб гармонізувати його із Римським статутом Міжнародного кримінального суду.
Тепер будуть розмежовані воєнні злочини та злочини проти людяності, що є новим поняттям в українському законодавстві.
