Кубанские эсеры поздравляют родной край с днём рождения ❤️

Вместе с руководителем фракции «Справедливая Россия — За правду» в Заксобрании Краснодарского края Денисом Хмелевским, руководителем Центра защиты прав граждан Николаем Сытник и моими помощниками присоединились к торжественным мероприятиям, по случаю годовщины образования нашего Краснодарского края.

☝️Поздравили с праздником руководство администрации Кубани и Краснодара. Подвели итоги выборов в регионе. Наша партия в крае увеличила количество депутатских мандатов вдвое — с 62 до 127. Так держать!

В моей кубанской приемной обсудили вопросы гуманитарной помощи участникам СВО и их семьям, а также пути решения проблем, с которыми они наиболее часто обращаются в приемную и региональное отделение партии.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
