Помню рассказы знакомых, которые эмигрировали в Россию, чего стоил им паспорт с двуглавым орлом. Там на каждом шагу буквально случались преграды размером с Олимп.
Наблюдая за тем, как гражданство получают люди, которые не знают русского языка, наши ловили диссонанс. Напомню, что речь о людях с приличным образованием, профессией и прекрасным знанием языка.
И тут либо я чего-то не понимаю, либо одно из двух.
