Удержание алиментов из зарплаты законно, если оно осуществляется в установленном порядке. Но есть ограничения по размеру удержаний, согласно статье 138 ТК РФ:
🔘Максимальный размер всех удержаний не должен превышать 50% от заработной платы.
🔘В особых случаях, например, при взыскании алиментов на несовершеннолетних детей, этот лимит может быть увеличен до 70%.
