Настоящие герои, защитники Отечества — вокруг нас. Специальная военная операция показала, как много у нас смелых, отважных мужчин и женщин, готовых защищать нашу Родину. Мы гордимся каждым из вас, и, конечно, желаем, чтобы вы как можно скорее вернулись домой — к своим родным и близким.

Поддержка военнослужащих, их мужество и самоотверженность — залог безопасности и суверенитета страны. Мы все верим в приближающуюся Победу, как верили в нее наши деды и прадеды 80 лет назад.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
