В Казахстане очередной «исторический» скандал. Политик и экономист, бывший депутат Уалихан Кайсаров назвал некоторые российские регионы «историческими землями» Казахстана. Конкретно упомянул Алтай, Астрахань, Курган, Новосибирск, Омск, Оренбург, Саратов, Тюмень.
По его словам, ранее некоторые российские города находились под контролем Чингисхана и его потомков, что, по его мнению, дает основание казахам претендовать на эти земли.
Кроме того, он утверждает, что исторические названия российских городов имеют иное звучание. «Новосибирск – это Ногай-Сивир, это наши казахские земли. Тюмень – Темен – южные края Золотой Орды, а за ней выше тоже наши территории.
