Прошлый раз, ребята задрали надбавки 1 октября 2023. Вместе с повышением требуемого ПВ на госипотеках с 15 до 20%. И доля таких кредитов, ессесьно, укаталась с 50% (3Q 23) к плинтусу. НО вот тех ипотечников, кто отваливает по всем своим кредитам 80+% дохода (ПДН 80+) – осталась ппц много – порядка 50% заёмщиков

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
