Не туда он жалуется. Еще бы в "Спортлото" написал. Администрация города четко всем сказала - уборка снега только по заявкам в чат. Потом, обидевшись на поток гневных отзывов в чате, призвала писать не в чат, а в бот, где никто не видит того, что написали другие. Если снег на Стройкова не убирают, то никто в бот не написал. Очень удобно. Для чиновников, а не для жителей.
