За пострадавшего вступились члены общественной организации, однако нападавший проявил агрессию и в отношении общественника. Отмечается, что в произошедшем разбираются органы внутренних дел. Авторы публикации указывают на необъективность действий МВД и просят Следственный комитет обратить внимание на произошедшее.
Следственными органами СК России по городу Москве по данному факту организована процессуальная проверка.
Председатель Следственного комитета А.И. Бастрыкин поручил руководителю ГСУ СК России по Москве Стрижову А.А. доложить по ситуации и установленных в ходе проверки обстоятельствах.
Ход исполнения поручения поставлен на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
