По итогам голосования на выборах в депутаты представительных органов муниципальных округов и сельских поселений оставшиеся 9 мандатов из 60 распределились так: • Справедливая Россия – Патриоты - За правду – 4 (6,7%) мандата; • КПРФ – 2 (3,3%) мандата; • ЛДПР – 1 (1,7%) мандат; • кандидаты, выдвинутые в порядке самовыдвижения – 2 (3,3%) мандата. Партии «Новые Люди» и «Гражданская инициатива» – не смогли набрать достаточного количества голосов для получения мандатов. Данные - избирком Кировской области.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
