С учетом собственного кейса и неполноты аргументации депутатского запроса в КС заявил ходатайство в Суд по интеллектульным правам о направлении отдельного запроса в КС о соответствии Конституции РФ подп. 20 п. 1 ст. 333.21 НК РФ в редакции ФЗ от 08.08.2024 № 259-ФЗ в той части, в которой данной нормой предусматривается необходимость оплаты государственной пошлины за подачу кассационной жалобы на судебные акты по вопросу взыскания судебных расходов.
