☄️🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐Прокуратура контролирует проверку по факту ДТП в Нижнеилимском районе
Прокуратура Нижнеилимского района поставила на контроль ход и результаты проверочных мероприятий, организованных сотрудниками полиции по сообщению о дорожно-транспортном происшествии с участием несовершеннолетнего.
По предварительным данным установлено, что 30.11.2024 около поселка Рудногорск Нижнеилимского района 44-летний водитель автомобиля «Тойота Алион» допустил столкновение с автомобилем «Тойота Платц».
В результате происшествия трем пассажирам, в том числе 14-летней девочке понадобилась помощь врачей.
Проведенное медицинское освидетельствование водителя «Тойота Алион» показало положительный результат на состояние опьянения.
Причины и условия произошедшего, а также тяжесть телесных повреждений устанавливаются.
По итогам при наличии оснований будут приняты меры прокурорского реагирования в сфере безопасности дорожного движения.
