Архитекторы: Иоганн Григорьевич Гохарь-Хармандарян (1922—1977), Ю.И. Никифоров, Л.С. Масолкина. Инженеры: М.В. Любопытов, Ю.П. Румянцев. В настоящее время уничтожается.
