конечно прокомментирую: когда принимали порядок оказания медпомощи по онкологии, где закрепляли пациентов за учреждениями по району, отменяли выбор врача и медорганизации пациентами да еще по сути и онкологию как специальность отменили (путем запрета на принятие решения по определенными нозологиям без нмиц), то Боровова улыбалась и махали, говорила, что все правильно и химиотерапию нельзя делать в квартире (в которых расположены некоторые частные клиники))
