Автоинспекторы задержали 27 водителей с признаками опьянения, 13 из них от прохождения медицинского освидетельствования отказались.
78 автомобилистов сели за руль, не имея водительских прав, ещё 13 были ранее их лишены, 122 управляли машинами, не используя ремни безопасности, 25 нарушили правила перевозки детей.
Вынесено 867 постановлений по делам об административных правонарушениях, зафиксированных с использованием средств фото- видеофиксации.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
