В пакет вошли два зенитных ракетных комплекса Patriot, один ЗРК ближнего радиуса действия IRIS-T SLS, один ЗРК среднего радиуса действия IRIS-T SLM, две зенитные самоходные установки Gepard и 65 тысяч снарядов к ним.
По информации министерства обороны ФРГ, в пакет помощи также вошли 15 танков Leopard 1 A5, 30 бронированных машин с усиленной противоминной защитой MRAP, снаряды для танков Leopard 1 и Leopard 2, одна самоходная гаубица PzH 2000 и 52 тысячи 155-мм снарядов.
