Маленькая ремарка. Если азербайджанский самолёт действительно был обстрелян российскими средствами ПВО, то извинения абсолютно уместны.
Вопрос-то — в другом. А именно — в том, что Баку занял жесткую и принципиальную позицию, в т.ч. по расследованию авиакатастрофы. То есть, не извиниться было невозможно. А когда извинения становятся обязательными, это значит, что младшего партнёра больше нет. Ни за столом, ни на другом конце провода.
И если так, возможно, не пора ли немного скорректировать режим максимального благоприятствования, когда-то установленный как элемент контроля и давления? Потому что данный инструмент себя явно исчерпал. Причем очень давно.
Но это так, мечты. Понятно, что ничего не изменится.
