Напередодні Дня фізичної культури і спорту організували незабутню зустріч для юних спортсменів. Зірки українського спорту з Хмельниччини – Михайло Романчук, Марина Бех-Романчук та Ольга Полюк – поділилися своїм досвідом, відповіли на безліч запитань і надихнули молодих талантів на нові звершення.

Олімпійці розповіли про свої перемоги і поразки, про те, як долали труднощі і досягали своїх цілей. Їхні історії захопили дітей, і вони задавали безліч запитань про тренування, самодисципліну, мотивацію. Особливо юних спортсменів цікавило, як зберегти спокій перед змаганнями і як відновитися після травм.

Надзвичайно приємно бачити, як молодь захоплюється спортом і прагне досягати високих результатів. Спорт – це не лише фізичні вправи, це шлях до самовдосконалення і розвитку особистості. Виховуємо нове покоління переможців!
