🐓Ще до початку повномасштабного вторгнення було достеменно відомо, що російський дизайнер Артемій Лєбєдєв кремлівська підстилка. Остаточно цей титул закріпився за пропагандистом, коли той в 2022 році приїхав на ЗАЕС в окупованому Енергодарі.

Колаборанти з "адміністрації" міста оцінили жест Лєбєдєва і вирішили хайпувати до останнього.

Так, влітку 2024 року окупаційна адміністрація Енергодару обговорювала з представниками Студії Артемія Лєбєдєва ціну та строки на створення дизайн-коду та айдентики міста.

Згідно зі злитим кошторисом, підписання договору попередньо планувалося на середину листопада 2024. В разі підписання, дата здачі готового проєкту була запланована на літо 2025 року.

Загальна ціна роботи складає майже 13 мільйонів рублів, з яких 500 тисяч на відрядження для робочої групи і створення попереднього проєктного дослідження ціною в 1.68 мільйона рублів.
