Случилось это из-за временного ареста счетов компании из-за умышленного уклонения от уплаты налогов в 2018-2019 годах, за что они получили штраф в 3,17 млн рублей.
При этом "Стройстандарт" только к началу 2022 года был получателем госконтрактов на 1 млрд рублей и активно продолжает участвовать в новых аукционах, применяя излюбленную тактику демпинга. Недавно компания получила госконтракт на ремонт школы в рамках нацпроекта "Образование", причём снизив цену на торгах на 24% (с 121,8 до 93,8 млн рублей). Ни мэрия Саратова, ни губернаторРоман Бусаргин этим нисколько не озабочены.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
