Арбитражный суд Москвы полностью удовлетворил иск Генпрокуратуры, которая оспорила состоявшуюся еще в 2022 году продажу бизнеса одного из крупнейших владельцев складов местному топ-менеджменту (16 логистических комплексов, построенных и приобретенных компанией с 2005 года).
Ответчиками указаны британская Raven Property Group, зарегистрированные в ОАЭ Phoenix Real Estate Investment Holdings Limited и Phoenix Property Group Limited, глава Raven Russia Игорь Богородов и Ярослав Шувалов.
По мнению Генпрокуратуры, Raven Property Group Limited незаконно стала владельцем крупнейшей в стране сети логистических парков, расположенных вблизи критически важной транспортной инфраструктуры.
Коварная «англосаксонская» Raven решила скрыть свою принадлежность к Великобритании и в марте 2022 года формально изменила структуру владения ГК «Рейвен Раша», а также создала «видимость перевода организации в «дружественную» юрисдикцию — в Объединенные Арабские Эмираты.
