На территории индустриального парка «PNK парк Колпино» открылся склад сети мебельных гипермаркетов Hoff. Бренд занял площадь почти в 29 тыс. кв. метров, пишет издание «Ведомости Северо-Запад» со ссылкой на пресс-службу ритейлера. Запуск склада в работу позволил увеличить помещения для хранения товаров почти вдвое. До этого компания арендовала 15 тыс. кв. метров в комплексе «Уткина Заводь» в Ленобласти.
Открытие склада также привело к расширению ассортимента сети гипермаркетов на 20%, их число достигло 12 тыс. Вице-президент по развитию и недвижимости Hoff Марина Гаврилова добавила, что запуск нового склада позволит увеличить эффективность цепочки поставок, оптимизировать расходы на логистику, расширить бизнес и объем продаж в регионе. Покупатели смогут получать заказы на следующий день после покупки.
