Специалисты Россельхознадзора выяснили, что пищеблоки, в которых повара ИП варили и пекли — не зарегистрированы в ИС "Цербер", на мясо нет разрещающих доков, а на адресе, который предприниматель указал как единственное своё помещение, расположен только склад.
Результаты проверки отдали в прокуратуру и Роспотребнадзор.
