Достаточно в него добавить один единственный пункт об "уважении суверенитета и территориальной целостности государств", как этот вариант мирного урегулирования становится очень похожим на... "Мирный план Зеленского". И что с этим делать? Ведь ни России, ни ближайших союзников Москвы на переговорах не будет. По факту Запад и государства Глобального юга каждый со своей стороны загоняют Кремль в один и тот же коридор, ведущий не к самой приятной для Москвы развязке в этой войне.
