Согласно новых поправок, которые призваны защитить граждан от мошенников, принуждающих брать кредиты, кредитор сможет передать заёмщику денежные средства минимум через 4 часа для сумм от 50 тыс. рублей до 200 тыс. рублей и минимум через 48 часов для сумм свыше 200 тыс. рублей.
«За это время люди смогут оценить необходимость взятия кредита и свою платежеспособность.
