31.01.23 АСГМ постановил "взыскать с EUROCLEAR BANK SA\NV в пользу публичного акционерного общества БАНК "САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ" денежные средства в размере 107 085 768,65 долларов США и 488 994,50 евро, а также судебные расходы по оплате государственной пошлины в размере 200 000 руб."
Что касается требований к НРД, то это требование АСГМ оставил без рассмотрения.
Примечательно, что Евроклир активно участвовал в судебном разбирательстве, а не проигнорировал его.
Дело, что называется, за малым. Осталось привести это решение в исполнение там, где у Евроклира есть активы. Наша редакция рекомендует 🇧🇪 Бельгию.
Никаких сомнений, что в силу принципа взаимности бельгийский суд приведёт в исполнение решение АСГМ, а санкции этим не нарушатся

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
