Прошло первое заседание суда о признании незаконным решение Бийской администрации об отказе согласовать митинг на 450 человек в парке им. Леонида Гаркавого.

Главным доводом администрации стал неочищенный и не вывезенный снег в этом парке. А также студенты, которые в воскресный день 2 февраля, по мнению администрации, пойдут на занятия. После «ЛГБТ браков» и «Квадроберов», на которых ссылался представитель администрации в суде по митингу 7 ноября, доводы кажутся не такими и неадекватными.

И снег не почистят, и митинг не согласовывают.
Жаль, такая же логика не действует в вопросе оплаты ЖКХ. Только представьте: не хочу работать, нет денег, и за ЖКХ платить не надо. И митинг бы не нужен был.
Примет ли во внимание такую логику суд, узнаем в четверг.
Также назначены дополнительные измерения площади.
