Бывшего заместителя министра экологии Челябинской области Виталий Безруков задержали сотрудники правоохранительных органов по подозрению в превышении должностных полномочий. В ближайшее время ему изберут меру пресечения.
Безруков подозревается в том, что предупредил промышленное предприятие о приезде группы журналистов, которые ехали в инспекционных целях.
Напомним, Безрукову предъявлено обвинение по п. «в» ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ («Превышение должностных полномочий с причинением тяжких последствий»). Уголовное дело было возбуждено летом 2021 года. Подозреваемый свою вину не признал.
Экс-чиновник ушел в отставку в ноябре 2021 года, объяснив это семейными обстоятельствами и эмоциональными сложностями.

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
