Закликаю припинити сварки на мовному ґрунті – ми всі українці, і зараз мова точно не головне, особливо коли значна частина наших військових на фронті нею спілкується.
Також закликаю не підігравати росії. Радіючи атакам на ТЦК (що є терактами), ви лише допомагаєте ворогу, адже саме він стоїть за цими диверсіями. Тим більше, що багато працівників ТЦК – це колишні військові з важкими пораненнями.
Найгірше, що ми можемо зробити в цей момент – це допустити внутрішній розкол.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
