В китайском городе Суйфэньхэ, расположенном на границе с Россией, воздвигнут не просто памятник, а целая скульптурная группа, посвященная русско-китайскому пиджину. В Китае он получил название «цянь-цянь». Формирование пиджина приходится на 90-е годы XX в., когда в период расцвета «народной торговли» и массовых передвижений «челноков», стал ощутим языковой барьер. Граждане двух стран не владели языками друг друга, и бойкая торговля могла вестись только при помощи жестов и калькуляторов. Однако вскоре набор слов и фраз, необходимых для общения, всё-таки сложился. Чем не язык?

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
