В главном доме и двух флигелях проведут работы по наведению порядка, уберут поросль. Также строители укрепят кладку и установят «черновые» коммуникации, чтобы инструменты и техника могли функционировать.
Пока это первый этап. В дальнейшем планируется полноценная реставрация. Проект масштабный и потребует не одного года.
