🤝При поддержке отдела молодежи и спорта Администрации города Лисичанска и активном участии Лисичанского отделения Партии "Единая Россия" прошла товарищеская встреча по шахматам между победителями Первенства спортивной школы и участниками СВО.

🕰♟Наши юные шахматисты встретились с участниками специальной военной операции, которые стоят на страже нашей Родины. Это было незабываемое событие, полное эмоций, азарта и, конечно же, шахматных баталий. Воспитанники Лисичанской спортивной школы №1 показали себя настоящими мастерами тактики и стратегии, а герои поделились с ними своими историями и вдохновили на новые свершения.

Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
