В отношении самого активного автора клеветнических статей - Виктора Нестерука, даже возбуждалось уголовное дело, которое было прекращено усилиями прокурора Калининского АО г. Тюмени Евгения Кондрашкина.
Но, несмотря на его покровительство, клеветническим порталом очень сильно заинтересовались в Генеральной Прокуратуре РФ и вот - эффект.
И вправду, полностью соглашаемся с надзорным ведомством: незачем публиковать заведомую клевету, это противозаконно.
Остаётся всего один вопрос к Нестеруку: а посидеть на дорожку?
