Там говорят, официально к этому отношения не имеют. Скорее всего, кто-то закупился в РФ и повёз на продажу. А вообще, часто получают видео с их конфетами из разных стран. Недавно прислали ролик из Китая с продукцией, которой у них даже нет. Зато на этикетке указан адрес фабрики, правда, с ошибками.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
