Рецепт помидорного салата от корё-сарам.
Корё-сарам это самоназвание этнических корейцев, проживающих на территории бывшего СССР.
В самой Корее помидоры не сильно где используются, а вот у нас очень много таких рецептов, которых нет в Корее. Например та же морковь по корейски не сильно известна в Корее. А уж морковча тем более. 😁Для меня этот салат напоминание о детстве. Запах и вкус помню до сих пор.

All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
