ЧЕКА И БАБЛО: ДВУХПАРТИЙНАЯ СИСТЕМА У американцев США гробят то республиканцы, то демократы. У нас Россию утилизируют то коммунисты, то либералы. И там, и там разница лишь в тактике развала. И тех, и других надо сдать в утиль или будущего у России не будет. ЧЕКА и БАБЛО не возможно втащить в национальный пантеон добродетелей... Советский Союз 2.0 или с Западом до самой смерти: альтернативы или разные пути к одному обрыву? Настаивать ли на "своём" западном коммунистическом пути или плыть по западному генеральному течению? Идти со всеми к обрыву или мучительно продираться через труппы своих соотечественников к тому же бесславному концу? И там, и там надо будет отвергнуть историческую Россию. И там, и там Православие не нужный тормоз к "светлому концу". Коммунисты и либералы наша двухпартийная система, чередующиеся и соревнующиеся в угроблении России. Надо отказываться и от либерализма и от коммунизма, как разных фракций западничества на нашей почве.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
