Это означает, что вполне вовлеченный непосредственно в СВО военный округ будет проводить комплексные учения по применению тактического ядерного оружия в ответ на определенные декларируемые западными странами планы. Очевидно, здесь имеются ввиду высказываемые в последнее время идеи об отправке войск НАТО на Украину.
Данное заявление является серьезным подъемом как официально допустимого в риторике, так и демонстрируемого на учениях. Ну и того, что в ходе них отрабатывается.
