. من عجيب ما وصف الله به المنافقين ما جاء في قوله ﷻ: ﴿وَیَحۡلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُمۡ لَمِنكُمۡ وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمۡ وَلَـٰكِنَّهُمۡ قَوۡمࣱ یَفۡرَقُونَ﴾! فإنّ هذا من العجب وكل القرآن عجب! فقد نفى الله سبحانه أن يكون المنافقون من المسلمين، ثم لما جاء ذكر صفاتهم، المقابلة لصفات المؤمنين؛ لم يأت ذكر نفاقهم وكذبهم وتكذيبهم في مقابل الإيمان! ولكنه سبحانه قابَل هنا بين الإيمان والجبن! وأسلوب الاستدراك هنا ﴿وَلَـٰكِنَّهُمۡ قَوۡمࣱ یَفۡرَقُونَ ﴾، لم يذكر المستدرك، واكتفى بذكر اتصافهم ﺑﺼﻔﺔ اﻟﺠﺒﻦ! وذلك لأن أهل الإيمان أهل شجاعة وعزة، والمتافقون بخلافهم أهل جبن وفرق!
