Пятерка лидеров — Москва, Грозный, Санкт-Петербург, Сочи и Махачкала. Из соседей лучше всего дела в Екатеринбурге и Кургане, занимающих 14 и 16 позиции в рейтинге соответственно. Качество жизни в этих городах назвали высоким.
