В понедельник мужчина встретил двух подростков в ТЦ на Ярцевской улице, угрожая оружием заставил их сесть к нему в машину, после чего увез ребят к пустырю у стадиона на улице Маршала Тимошенко.
Там он несколько раз выстрелил в воздух и сказал, что у парней есть 10 дней на поиск «компенсации» за приобретенные у школьников вещи. Но денег не дождался – в той же машине его задержали по делу о похищении человека и вымогательстве. Расследование на контроле в прокуратуре.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
